Les CD (en boitier) sont expédiés par la poste. Quant aux séances en téléchargement, vous pouvez les télécharger directement à partir du site (très facile à réaliser sur votre ordinateur, votre téléphone ou votre Kasina).

Les séances en téléchargement bénéficient du son binaural qui est en train de populariser les usages grand public d'une technique ancienne, ce qu'on appelle le "son binaural". Cela veut dire relatif aux "deux oreilles". On reproduit notre écoute naturelle et avec pour seul équipement un casque tout simple.

Certains enregistrements (quand c'est nécessaire) présentent des passages en 3D.
